What you’ll do
- Own project plans, timelines, and delivery across multiple workstreams at once.
- Run agile ceremonies and keep sprints focused and unblocked.
- Be the clear point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Spot risks early and manage scope, expectations, and change.
- Use AI tools to streamline planning, reporting, and coordination.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years managing software, technology, or operational rollout projects.
- Strong grasp of agile delivery and the realities of building and launching products.
- Excellent communicator and organiser who keeps calm when things move fast.
- Technical enough to earn the team’s trust.
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
